Antwerp, Belgium
I studied at the University of Antwerp and completed COB 300, an Integrated Business program and earned a concentration in European Business. This is a picture of the view from my apartment complex.

Amsterdam, Netherlands
Amsterdam is a 2-hour bus ride away from Antwerp. I spent the day in the city and did a canal boat tour, and did some exploring on foot before returning back to Antwerp.

Amalfi Coast, Italy
I went to Italy for the very first long weekend trip and stayed in Atrani and took day trips to Amalfi and Positano. I took this photo during a four-hour boat tour of the coast.

Paris, France
Paris was about a 2 hour train ride from Antwerp. I left Antwerp at 6 am and enjoyed every meal in Paris as well as a visit to the Sacre- Coeur, the Eiffel Tower, and the Arc de Triomphe, then headed back at to Antwerp at 11 pm.

Howth, Ireland
I went to Ireland for a short weekend, I stayed at a B&B in Dublin and took a day trip to Howth by the electric rail system - the Dublin Area Rapid Transit. The rest of the trip, I enjoyed some touristy experiences, such as seeing the famous Temple Bar Pub!

Stonehenge, England
During our group's first long-trip excursion we stopped at Stonehenge for the day and learned about its history and saw lots of cows roaming around the stones.

Swansea, Wales
On our way to our 3-day stay in Cardiff, Wales, we stopped in Swansea and navigated these rocks in very windy and rainy weather, but were pleasantly surprised by this view!

Prague, Czech Republic
I went to Prague for our very last long independent-travel weekend and enjoyed every second of it. This is when the weather started to get bitterly cold, but the sun came out for a day and we saw some stunning views from the famous Clocktower.

London, England
London was our longest stay in our 10-day UK excursion! I loved every part of it - we went to Bloomberg's headquarters, visited several markets in Notting Hill, saw Big Ben, and even got to see a live show of Wicked!

Strasbourg, France
We stopped in Strasbourg on the way to our last destination of our very last trip - Luxembourg. Strasbourg had lots of Christmas markets in Le Pettit France and fun food and desserts to try!

Berlin, Germany
Berlin was the coldest place I went to during the entire 3 months, but I gained a lot out of this visit. We had a diverse agenda here, we went to some fun Christmas markets, but also learned a lot about Germany's history, and even to the Sachsenhausen concentration camp.
